Prayer in Tr.C.M.P.No.495/2016:- Petition has been filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw G.W.O.P.No.30 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore and transfer the same to the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai.

He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
