Heard Mr.I.Sathish, learned counsel for the petitioner and M/s.N.Mala, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to remove the transformer which is installed in front of the petitioner's property. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents submitted that the petitioner has given a written undertaking on 15.08.2015 stating that he will bear the shifting charges. Thus, if the petitioner remits the entire shifting charges including the amount of Rs.23,741/-, as demanded by the respondents, then the respondents shall take steps to effect the shifting of the transformer as expeditiously as possible.
