CRIME NO.139 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner are directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.NO.8068 of 2022 dated 12/04/2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VINODHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.8068 of 2022 on 12.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
