ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records leading up to the issue of the impugned Notice No.2214/07/C2 dated 11.02.2008 issued by the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When the matter was listed and called on 05.06.2018 there was no representation for the petitioner (party in person) and the learned Government Advocate was present and at his request the matter was adjourned to 12.06.2018. When the matter was called on 12.06.2018 , there was no appearance for the petitioner (party in person) and hence the matter was adjourned to 13.06.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Even today when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
