Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 6th respondent to incorporate the name of the petitioner as owner of lands in survey No.82/4, 86/1 and 229/4 measuring to an extent of 0.39 cents, 0.65 cents and 0.29 cents respectively of Nandambakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk,
Kancheepuram District, in all revenue records like patta, chitta and adangal by implementing the proceedings passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in NO.A1/MRIV/19/70 dated 10.12.2012 and also by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2020.

ORDER
(1)This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the 6th respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 27.01.2020, wherein the petitioner has requested the 6th respondent to implement the orders of the 3rd respondent dated 27.01.2020. (2)Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 6th respondent has taken the representation made by the petitioner on file and has fixed the date of enquiry on 30.09.2020 at 3.00 p.m. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner can be present along with all the relevant documents. (3)Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 6th respondent has already taken the representation made by the petitioner on file and fixed the date of enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 6th respondent to enquire and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (4)This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
