Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to permit the students who have under gone 2nd year D.T.Ed., Course in the petitioner institution for the year 2006-2007 to write their 2nd year examination scheduled to commence from 22.06.2009 or any other subsequent date.
