This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment passed in M.C.O.P.No.401 of 2020, dated 05.07.2022 on the file of the District Judge (Commercial Court), Holding Full additional Charge for Special District Court, MCOP Tribunal Salem.

2.Though private notice was served on the respondents, they have neither chosen to appear in person nor through their counsel before this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for. 6.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
