ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the 2nd Respondent Police to take appropriate action on the basis of the Petitioners' complaint dated 10.03.2026 registered as Complaint Reference No.OLC9372600002138 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police 2.

According to the petitioners, on a day, one, Pradeep Kumar came along with ten unidentified persons armed with deadly weapons and criminally intimidated the petitioners' grandmother. Therefore, the petitioners lodged a complaint. In this regard, also the petitioner ssubmitted a representation dated 11.03.2026 to the Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur District seeking intervention. However, no action has been taken so far.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioners dated 10.03.2026, after issuance of notice to the petitioners & counter parties and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, and to pass orders on the said

complaint on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
