This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the records in C.C.No.656 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that already NBW was issued to the petitioner for his non appearance before the trial Court and the same is pending. When a NBW is pending as against the petitioner, he is not entitled for the relief as sought for in this petition. 3.Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that already NBW is pending as against this petitioner, he is not entitled for any relief . Hence, this Court is not inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

quash the present petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
