ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.,) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32333 of 2019 dated 18.11.2019. 2.The petitioner has filed the above writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to remove the encroachment in Odai Poramboke comprised in S.No.386 and 382 made by the 4 to 6 respondents therein pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2019.

3.This Court directed the 2nd respondent therein to proceed further in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the encroachers which may include the petitioner herein as well as the private respondents and further directed that the said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Mr.V.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that even after the order of this Court made in W.P.No.32333 of 2019 dated 18.11.2019, the official respondents have not initiated any action to remove the encroachment.

5.Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as per the direction of this 2/4

Court, the an order in Na.Ka.Oo.No.3/5306/2016 dated 06.09.2021 was passed to remove the encroachment.

6.In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
