Heard Mr.B.Raveendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.G.Dhana Madhri, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2. The prayer of the petitioner is for consideration of its representation dated 08.08.2019, seeking re-credit/refund of input tax credit to its account.

3. Ms. G.Dhanamadhri, learned Government Advocate, on instruction, would confirm that representation is indeed pending and agrees that a time frame may be fixed for the disposal of the same.
