2. Again, when the matter was called on 04.01.2024, there was also no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list this matter once again under the caption "For Dismissal" on 08.01.2024.

3. Even today i.e., on 08.01.2024, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
