The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondent to allot the LPG Dealership for Chetpet Area, Thiruvannamalai District to her as per the notification published in Thinakaran daily newspaper on 06.02.2008.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite several enquiries, there is no instruction from the petitioner. 3.On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition stands closed.
