The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram to accept the written submissions and other relevant documents through her counsel and afford fair opportunity for her to put forth her submissions on 20.11.2017 in respect of the above case in C.C. No.155 of 1998 of his file.

2. Heard both sides.

The observations made on 09.11.2017 by the trial Court evidences that the petitioner has not been co-operating during the course of the arguments and hence I do not find any infirmity in the order of the trial Court of posting the matter on 20.11.2017 for judgments. Though, it was always open to the petitioner to file his written arguments much earlier, he has filed the present petition now, seeking for direction. I do not think such indulgences can be extended to the petitioner at this fag end of the proceedings.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
