However, taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the court below virtually informs that the petitioner is guilty of the offences alleged, this Court would make it clear that the finding of guilt or otherwise of the petitioner is to be arrived at the conclusion of the trial. With the above observation, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
