ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 18.04.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 18.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.05.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
