2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Advocate General for the respondents.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of her representation dated 22.08.2017 wherein and whereby she sought to refrain all the Government officials from visiting, altering or putting up any structures both temporary or permanent in the property situated at No.89, Poes Garden, Teynampet, Chennai-600 089 and to restrain them from issuing any press release of the properties left over by her late paternal aunt J.Jayalalitha.

4. The petitioner, in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, has made certain claim in respect of the said property, on which, this Court, this stage, is not expressing any view, as the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is only for seeking the disposal of her representation dated 22.08.2017.

5. Learned Advocate General submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered and orders will be passed within a period of four weeks.

6. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of only by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested persons, if any. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
