Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent-Committee to consider and decide the objections filed by the petitioner on 7.8.2017, 7.9.2017 and 12.12.2017 against the said order dated 14.6.2017 passed by the respondentCommittee after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard within a reasonable time as may be determined by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBBIAH, J.) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondentCommittee to consider and decide the objections filed by the petitioner on 7.8.2017, 7.9.2017 and 12.12.2017 against the order dated 14.6.2017 passed by the respondent-Committee, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, within a reasonable time.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has given his objections to the order dated 14.6.2017 passed by the respondent on 7.8.2017. Subsequently, finding no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
response, he has sent further communications on 7.9.2017 and 12.12.2017. But, till date, none of the objections were considered by the respondent. Hence, left with no other option, the petitioner has been advised to come to this Court.
3. We have heard the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, we direct the respondent to consider the objections filed by the petitioner through his communications dated 7.8.2017, 7.9.2017 and 12.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
