ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petition has been waiting for a considerable period and it pertains to the petitioner's representation to the official respondents relating to the perceived unauthorised construction undertaken by the fourth respondent. The matter was last taken up on February 15, 2021 when advocate for the writ petitioner had submitted that the writ petitioner had died and advocate had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no instructions. The matter was directed to appear after three weeks, but has been called on for the first time thereafter only today.

2. Since the matters complained of appear to be dated and the only prayer in the petition is for a representation made on March 25, 2019 to be considered by the Corporation, W.P.No.17238 of 2019 is disposed of without any order. It will be open to the heirs of the writ petitioner to carry forward the grievance in accordance with law, if they so desire. It will be permissible for such heirs to make a further representation for the Corporation to consider the same in accordance with law.
