ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent herein to produce the body or persons of the petitioner's wife viz., G.Sarathi, aged about 30 years, his daughter V.S.Sakthi, aged about 11 years and his son S.V.Yuvesh, aged about 9 years before this Court and set them at liberty forthwith.

It is the case of the petitioner that his wife and children are in the illegal custody of the second respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

who is none other than the brother-in-law of his wife. 3.

Today, the alleged detenues viz., G.Sarathi, Sakthi and Yuvesh, are present. On enquiry, Ms.Sarathi stated that she and her two children are living with her mother, on her own volition.
