This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2024, requesting them to frame Adoc rules with regard to petitioners service in the Tamil Nadu Traders Welfare Board within stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.04.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
