This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to continue the services of the petitioners herein 2/4

until such time the vacancies are filled up by regular recruitment as per the Rules.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are arrayed as parties in the present writ petition were provided employment. Hence, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
