2.A.No.2653 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 5th Defendant.

3.A.No.2654 of 2021 has been filed to permit the applicant to bring on record of the Respondents 10 to 12, who are the legal representatives of the Deceased 5th Defendant as 14th to 16th in the C.S.No.198 of 2004.

4.Heard both sides.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, these applications are allowed.
