This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18101 of in Crl.O.P.No.21567 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18101 of in Crl.O.P.No.21567 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022 , is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
