Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition relating to appearance of the Petitioner on 1st of every month in C.C.No. 2 of 2011 (Old C.C.No. 36 of 2010) on the file of the Special Court, Chennai-600 104, which was imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 4594 of 2018 in the above Criminal Appeal No. 188 of 2018 dated 21.3.2018 pending on the file of this Honble Court and pass such other orders as this Honble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.L.SUDARSANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABHAKAR ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4594 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.188 of 2018 dated 21.03.2018 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.4594 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.188 of 2018 on 21.03.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.4594 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.188 of 2018 on 21.03.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on the first working day of alternate English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m until further orders, starting from November 2018. -sd/- 18/09/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
