ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2010 dated 4.2.2010 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.2 of 2010, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the TNPID Court, Chennai, and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.8 of 2013. Subsequently, since the petitioner did not appear before the said Court, the case against him was split up and numbered as C.C.No.20 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
