O R D E R

The first petitioner is the wife of one Jeyabal, who succumbed to injuries in a road accident. The first petitioner, along with her minor daughter filed M.C.O.P.No.959 of 2012 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Poonamallee. It is relevant to take note of the fact that petitioners reside at Poonamallee.

2. While so, this Tr.C.M.P. is filed to transfer the said M.C.O.P.No.959 of 2012 from the file of Sub-Court Poonamallee to Chief Small Causes Court, Chennai.

3. I am at a loss to understand as to why the petitioners seek to transfer the case to Chief Small Causes Court, Chennai, when they reside at Poonamalle.

4. In view of the above, I do not find any reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
