This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6797 of 2023 dated 27.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 07.00 p.m.

until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6797 of dated 27.03.2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 07.30 p.m. until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
