The relief sought in this Writ Petition is calling for the records of the notification in G.O.Ms. No.512 issued by the First Respondent dated 15.05.2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the Second Respondent to pass such notifications after holding a detailed enquiry by providing opportunity to the Petitioner for submitting his submissions with regard to the appointment of the Special Public Prosecutor. 2.

M/s.Nathan and Associates, learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
