CMP Nos.10509 and 10511 of 2021 have been filed to declare the second respondent D. Sasikala (Minor) as Major and to discharge the guardian from the guardianship of the Minor as Major in the Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. A perusal of an affidavit filed in support of these petitions, reveals that the petitioner has attained majority. Accordingly, she is declared as Major and the Guardianship of the minor is discharged and both petitions are ordered as prayed for.
