ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to 3rd respondent to conduct a field survey for Jagathab Village bearing Survey No.237/3A admeasuring to an extent of 1.03.50 Hectare based on registered document No.4031/2022 on the file of Kaveripattinam Sub Registrar Office, Krishnagiri District situated at Jagathab Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation 12.04.2024 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner 2/4

dated 12.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the lands in Jagathab Village bearing Survey No.237/3A admeasuring to an extent of 1.03.50 Hectare based on registered document No.4031/2022 on the file of Kaveripattinam Sub Registrar Office, Krishnagiri District situated at Jagathab Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
