O R D E R

The petitioners have come forward with this writ petition seeking action on the part of the respondents 1 and 2 to recover the amounts due to the petitioners as per the Recovery Certificate dated 01.06.2016 issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Salem as against the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that as per the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 06.06.2016, a sum of Rs.33,08,757/- by way of gratuity amount has been paid to the petitioners in compliance with the order of the Labour Court, Salem and action is being taken to recover the interest amount. 3.Taking into consideration the finality of the proceedings dated 01.06.2016, the respondents 1 and 2 are hereby directed to see to it that the interest components payable to the petitioners are paid to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
