O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.80 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under sections 406, 420 and 506[1] of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that final report has already been filed in this case before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same is yet to be taken cognizance by the concerned Magistrate.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected petition is closed. The learned Magistrate is directed to take the report on file as per law. 28.06.2022 vrc
