Appln.No.139 of 2024 in I.P.No.13 of 2013 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., This application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 3796 days caused in filing an application for discharge.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Ms.V.Uma, learned Official Assignee (I/C), submitted that, the insolvent disclosed 18 unsecured creditors in his Schedule of Affairs. So far, only two unsecured claims have been received from his estate. The claimants have stated that their claims have been settled out of Court and to that effect, they also made an endorsement, that they are withdrawing their claims. Further, she would submit that, she has no objection for allowing this application.
4. Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay is condoned and this application is allowed.
