Application No. 199 of 2024 in I.P. No. 13 of 2013 K.KUMARESH BABU, J.

The application has been filed seeking an order of unconditional discharge in favour of the applicant /insolvent or annul the order of adjudication dated 31.10.2013.

A report had been filed by the Official Assignee indicating even though the applicant /insolvent had disclosed 18 unsecured creditors in the Schedule of affairs, only two claims have been made and that they had also been settled out of Court and an endorsement had also been made by such creditors that they wanted to withdraw the claim.

It is also indicated that the insolvent has remitted a sum of Rs. 8,820/- which is the 7% Government commission on the adjudicated amount.

Considering the reports made by the Official Assignee, the application is ordered as prayed for and the applicant is discharged.
