ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the Second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 417, 294(b) & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.38 of 2022.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on the pretext of marriage, had physical relationship with the victim girl repeatedly. Thereafter, he refused to marry the victim girl on the pretext that her conduct is bad.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11115 of 2022, on 18.05.2022, considering the fact that the petitioner had committed very serious offence to the victim girl.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change of circumstances in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
