ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order fixing the fair rent in R.C.O.P.No.134 of 1991 dated 22.11.1995, modifying the fair rent fixed by the Rent Controller dated 22.04.2002 made in R.C.A.No.18 of 1996.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that already the R.C.O.P filed against the petitioner for eviction on the ground of willful default was ordered. The proceedings taken up to the Supreme Court by the petitioner was dismissed and petitioner handed over the petition premises to the respondent and the respondent also issued a receipt, stating that the entire subject matter pertaining to the premises bearing door No.999, old No.361 on the West of Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore, stands fully settled and also submitted that the respondent will not proceed for recovery of the fair rent fixed by the Rent Controller and modified by the Appellate Authority in R.C.A.No.18 of 1996 and made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. 29.08.2017 dm/gsa To The Rent Controller (District Munsif), Coimbatore.
