O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue free house site patta, based on the beneficiaries list made by the 3rd respondent and the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2016.

2. Considering the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner and the facts stated, this court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents to consider the representation, as the respondents have to ascertain the eligibility of the petitioner before grant of free house site patta.

3. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation and the facts pleaded by the petitioner in the affidavit and the stand taken by the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the eligibility of the petitioner to get a free house site patta on the basis of the beneficiaries list prepared by the third respondent and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2016, after holding an enquiry and giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
