This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property. He had applied for the grant of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
patta before the 3rd respondent. Since the same was not considered, a representation was made to the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent by a letter dated 5.2.2020 had directed the 3rd respondent to enquire and pass orders. Inspite of the same, no orders were passed and left with no other alternative, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3. Heard Mr.B. Manimaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and the circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation made by the petitioner on 14.12.2019 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
