S.A.No.372 of 2009 C.M.P.Nos.10472 and 10473 of 2021 in S.A.No.372 of 2009 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions have been filed seeking a) to declare the nd petitioner as major and b) to discharge Mr.Ramachandran as next friend and guardian from the guardianship.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 2 nd petitioner has attained majority on 16.02.2010 and that his father died on 28.12.2017. He was not in a position to meet the counsel to apraise him for the above. It was only when the case was listed on 06.07.2021, and after receiving a letter from his counsel that he has met his counsel and informed about the death of the 2 nd respondent and the fact that he had become a major.

4. It is also informed that the learned counsel has filed memo to record the legal representatives of the deceased 2 nd respondent. The same is also ordered.
