CMP.Nos.12088 & 12092 of 2024 are filed to condone the delay of 2891 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first Appellant.

2. CMP.No.12093 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 8 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The above petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2891 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. 14.06.2024.
