Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition No.(b) as imposed by this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 26/05/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12345/2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 26.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12345 of 2022 i.e.
, Finding that the petitioner is suffering from serious health conditions, instead of the petitioner, alternatively, his sonin-law Dhanasekaran, who is conversant in the above transaction, shall appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks, and the petitioner shall appear only if absolutely necessary and give the required clarifications, and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
2. This Court, while granting anticipatory bail on 26.05.2022 imposed a condition that, the son-in-law of the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police for a period of two weeks instead of the petitioner, since he was suffering from serious health issues.

3. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the respondent Police instead of his son-in-law.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. -sd/- 15/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
