This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 26.03.2025, wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property and demarcation of boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 22.06.1995 and the Will dated 22.06.1995 that was executed in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.2831. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted in the subject property for demarcation 2/4

of the boundaries. Hence, he submitted the online application by paying necessary charges. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct the survey on the subject property based on the title documents and also patta that stands in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
