Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide his office Proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.1904/2013/A4 dated 1.3.2014 and quash the same as far as clause nos.1 and 2 are concerned and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the unauthorised construction made by the third respondent in R.S.No.85/1 in M.S.Mangalam Village (now renamed as Kaspapet village), Erode District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 8.4.2013 within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

permitted the third respondent to seek regularization within the stipulated period has really become infructuous, as according to the learned counsel for respondent No.2/Kaspapet Panchayat, no such regularization has been permitted, except to the extent 2000 square feet.

2. In view aforesaid, respondent No.2 is required to proceed in accordance with law and conclude the matter, after notice to all concerned within a period of three months of the receipt of the copy of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
