O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working as Vice President in a Company, namely M/s.Indira Projects and Developments Private Ltd., and one Mr.Bhupesh Nagarajan is the Chairman. He further submitted that the said Chairman gave a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the said complaint, the respondent is unnecessarily calling and harassing the petitioner and hence he requests to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that one Mr.Bhupesh Nagarajan gave a complaint against the petitioner. Likewise the petitioner also lodged a complaint against the said Mr.Bhupesh Nagarajan. She further submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that after receipt of both the complaints, enquiries have been conducted and both the complaints have been closed on 03.09.2018 and hence, the question of harassment of the petitioner does not arise.

4.Since the complaint given by the petitioner as well as the complainant given by the opposite party have been already closed, the petitioner need not have any apprehension that she will be subjected to any harassment.

5.Therefore this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
