This Petition has been filed to implead the petitioners as further respondents in the Writ Petition.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been contended that the petitioners had completed Postgraduate Degree and are categorized as non service Postgraduate Doctors, waiting for postings under the 2 to 4th respondents. During the course of study, while indicating the Postgraduate Course, they had executed a bond. Now, they are a waiting posting. They claim that owing to the pendency of the Writ Petition, the respondents have not taken a decision to call them for counselling for posting. It is under those circumstances, this Petition has been filed seeking to implead them as further respondents.
