O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of false complaint lodged by one Lakshmi Priya.

2. The wife of the third petitioner, one Lakshmi Priya has lodged a complaint as against the petitioners. The first and second petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the said Lakshmi Priya. The respondent police is frequently calling the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harassing them. Hence the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of enquiry, the complaint given by the said Lakshmi Priya has already been closed.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, as the complaint lodged by the said Lakshmi Priya has already been closed after enquiry, nothing survives in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
