COMMON ORDER (Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.13512 of 2019, Mr.D.Sreenivasan, learned counsel appearing for Mr.B.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No.2524 of 2018, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 5 & 8 in W.P.No.13512 of 2019 and for respondents 1 to 6 in W.P.No.2524 of 2018, Mr.V.Chinnasamy, learned counsel for the respondents 6 & 7 in W.P.No.13512 of 2019 and Mr.M.Musthaq Ahmed, learned counsel for respondent 7.
2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the land would be surveyed on 08.09.2023 and as per the survey report, further steps would be undertaken immediately.
3. The said survey shall be conducted in the presence of the respective petitioners and respondents 6 and 7 in W.P.No.13512 of 2019 and respondent 6 in W.P.No.2524 of 2018.
4. In the light of that, these writ petitions stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.3404 of 2023 and 3079 of 2018 are closed.
