This revision is preferred against the order of learned Family Court Judge, Salem, passed in M.C.No.3 of 2008 on 05.05.2015.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. Respondents herein have filed a petition in M.C.No.3 of 2008 before the Court below seeking maintenance. The Court below while allowing the said petition, directed petitioner herein to pay sum of Rs.3,000/- p.m to the first respondent and Rs.2,750/- p.m to the daughter till her marriage and a sum of Rs.2,000/- p.m towards past maintenance to both the respondents. In directing payment of maintenance, the Court below has observed that it is the duty of the petitioner to maintain his wife and daughter and ordered maintenance only in a minimal and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

nominal amount. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of Court below.
