O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.09.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner herein gave a complaint against one Balan and Jaya alleging that they received a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- as loan from the petitioner, but refused to repay the same. Since no action was taken by the respondent police, the petitioner came forward to file this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.391 of 2015 has been assigned. But, subsequently, the complaint was closed since there is a civil dispute pending between the parties in O.S.No.186 of 2015 before the District Munsif Court, Ponneri. He has also produced the closure report for the perusal of the Court.

5. Since the complaint has already been closed, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to traverse into the averments made in the petition. Hence, recording the submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
